Lovely Moonchild is a by-appointment studio — when you book, that time is held just for you so every appointment can feel unhurried and intentional. A card on file is required to book. It will only be charged if one of the following occurs: No Call, No Show Missing your appointment without contacting us results in a 50% charge of the booked service total. Please note: not confirming your appointment reminder does not count as a cancellation. Cancellations & Reschedules Changes made with less than 6 hours of notice will result in a 50% charge of the service total. No exceptions — this protects time that can no longer be filled. Reschedule requests made with less than 6 hours of notice will be treated as a cancellation and are subject to the 50% charge. To book your next appointment, please rebook online directly. Late Arrivals We have a small grace period, but once it passes we may not be able to take you: • 8-minute grace for appointments 40+ minutes • 5-minute grace for appointments 40 minutes or under If we can't accommodate you, the 50% cancellation fee applies.
