Cancellation Policy

Lovely Moonchild Policies Lovely Moonchild is an appointment-only salon. When you book, that time is reserved just for you so we can achieve the smooth skin you want without feeling rushed. To respect everyone’s time, the following policies apply. A card on file is required to book but will not be charged unless one of the following occurs. No Call–No Show If you do not show up and fail to contact us, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked. Not confirming your appointment does not count as cancellation. Cancellations & Reschedules Cancellations or reschedules with less than 6 hours of notice will be subject to 50% service total charge. NO EXCEPTIONS. Late Arrival Appointments 40+ minutes: 8-minute grace period Appointments under 20 minutes: 4-minute grace period (You must be in the salon before the grace period ends. No exceptions. If we are not able to accommodate you, 50% service total cancellation charge will apply) Right to Refuse or End Services For the safety and comfort of all, services may be refused or ended if the provider feels unsafe, disrespected, or encounters inappropriate behavior (such as harassment, intoxication, or misconduct). If this happens, 50% of the service total will be charged, and future appointments may be declined.
